OFFENSIVE SMS'S THAT CANNOT BE STOPPED
I have had the account 10 years and have never ever skipped a payment. Now I start getting reminder SMS's that U find offensive as I have never needed to be reminded to honor my commitments. On calling the call center and requesting to stop sending me these SMS's I am told this is company policy and basically to bad for me. I will get them
