Not happy

First time i compalined about the exchanged.and they did helpeld me. Now i went again for the second time to to exchange same shoes but i ddnt get enough help. They should have explain to me that if im gona exchange for the second time the voucher wont apply into another store. Thought totalsport will do much better. Im dissapoint but its ohk il keep the shoes and il pay that amount
