Not able to change details on Webiste

<p>I have tried countless times since monday to change details on both my account and my Firance's account. I called the call centre yesterday to help me but they could not and had to pass on the issue to another divison. The reason i wanted to make a purchase was because there was a 25% sale but this has taken so long that the sale is now over.</p>
