Not a quick process

I am totally disappointed by the poor service I received from your Liberty Promenade Totalsports branch. I was in store 02/03/2023 as I wanted to purchase a NIKE MEN'S LIVERPOOL LEBRON MAX90 RED TEE top as a gift. The sales staff on the floor checked at the back as there wasn't any Size small on the floor and informed me that there is stock but only at Tygervalley and Century City and that I could pay the R30 IBT fee and they would call the 2 branches to get it sent to Liberty Promenade branch and then call me to collect as its such a quick process. I paid by the cashier and left my details and no one has called me since. I called to follow up on 06/03/2023 the phone was passed from one person to another and no one knew what was going on and the male staff member that spoke to me, spoke in such a rude, unprofessional manner. He said it takes 5 to 7 working days for the item to be couriered to the store( no one informed me of the timescales) but that it would be there by today(09/03/2023) or tomorrow(10/03/2023). I understand that today is the timescale that was given but I feel that the whole experience was bad and the information provided to me in store was misleading and that anyone that answers the phone of such a big brand is representing the brand and needs to have proper telephone etiquette and training.
