Nonexistent customer service

<p>Absolutely appalling service from your company. Ordered two pairs of shoes last week on your sale. Said 3-5 working days delivery. Phoned total sports 3 times today was on the phone for over 49 minutes in total. Three people promised to phone me back( one call center representative, one supervisor and one escalation manager) not one phoned me back still waiting for the escalation managers call. Your customer service is absolutely nonexistent. I will never support your online store let alone your walk in stores based upon your current customer service.
