No way to purchase anything online with GIFT Card

So I have a Gift Card from Total Sports and I wanted to make a purchase online. The item that I wanted to purchase is not available in any store, but online only. I wanted to convert my Gift Card to an online voucher to purchase my item, but they don't do that. They also don't give you the option of sending online stock to a store for collection. The way that Total Sports handles online shopping is pathetic, and I won't be spending my money there anytime soon.<br> <br> I must note that I called their call centre and was told that I could convert the Gift Card into online voucher in store. I've been to Forest Hill and Centurion Mall shops, and no one has a clue on how to do it.
