No swapping for a different size

It's 2020 and they cannot exchange for size without the person who made the purchase over account being present. Whenever I need to exchange at other stores such as Edgars i do not need to account holder to reverse the purchase and then buy again. Extremely disappointed that I cannot do a simple size swap.
