No returns without receipts
Cant believe you cant return Christmas gifts without a receipt yet the online policy doesnt mentin receipts at all. Will definitely not shop here any longer. Customers beware

01 Jan 2022, 10:44Good morning Luqman, we're sorry to hear that our team were not clear on this. Our returns policy that is printed on the back of the receipt clearly states that a receipt or the swiped TFG Account card must be presented if an exchange or refund is to be done.
