No response totalsports / tfg

Hi purchased a shirt from totalsports recently

After a couple days the item is still showing as processing it hasn’t been shipped as yet I mailed tfg to query and no response despite mailing 3 times

All I want is an update on the order yet they can’t lift a finger to respond
