That is the referince number I got from the TFG group and a promise of some body that would get in contact with me abt my complain, its been almost a month and no one has ever came back to me. My complain is simple I just wanted to know who is gona pay for a phone that is by the repairs cause of a mistake by totalsport side. I have send tfg many emails more than ? 10 emails without reply. Is there no body where this bad service by the TFG group can be reported by. I would really no recommend anybody to join this group, they really bad. I have been part of them for more than 15years and this is the treatment I get from them.
