Nike -Air max
<p>I am highly upset with the quality of the sneakers that's being sold at Total sport Southgate. I bought two Nike air max sneakers at the shop only to find out 4 months down the line the air comes out of the bottom sole and the sneaker is total flat when you wearing it. It's a very uncomfortable feeling as you feel like your one foot is totally plunging into the ground. I spent a lot of money and for this to happen is really upsetting. I'm wearing these sneakers as I had a operation and thought that it would give me a lift and not put so much pressure on my leg. I will never ever buy a Nike sneaker again. </p>

I am disgusted and disappointed to an extend where I will be closing my total sport account. I walked into the shop to be greeted by 3 of the sales consultants scolding me like I'm a 3 year old being scolded as if I done something wrong. Last time I checked i am the customer and I don't think at any point in time was I disrespectful towards anyone. I would like to be treated with the same respect. Further more I was told that I made the Southgate total sport look bad on hello peter why did I do that as it was not right of me to do so. I felt attacked. I walked out of the shop embarrassed and highly upset. I don't want to be called by the manager from the Southgate total sport shop at all I don't need an apology. I would like to get in touch with someone senior please at head office . I have managed to exchange the sneakers but the manner in which the situation was dealt with is beyond me. if I had my way I wouldn't have exchanged the sneakers and would just close the account immediately but will do so in due time. I want nothing to do with total sport anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
