Never ordering online again from Totalsports

I have never experienced such a high level of disrespect from Totalsports online shopping support team. I placed an order on the 15th of December of over R500 on their website to get a delivery within 3-5days as per their conduct but I haven't received my order & Christmas is approaching. Now I have no clothes & shoes for my child on Christmas day! I have been in contact with them and have received no help from them regarding my order. I will never be ordering on their website ever again.

I regret shopping online with them because I never get disappointed when ordering from other tfg stores but Totalsports has been a nightmare to say the least. I got my clothes delivered from The Fix within 4days but nothing from Totalsports and to think I chose to pick up my clothes from their store in Loch Logan Waterfront is aggregating me even more
