never buy there or check everything before leaving the shop

l bought a phone five days ago and realized earphones are not working today, l went back to change the earphones they are telling l don't get a warranty on accessories but l haven't used my earphones. the phone was expensive to me and its hard earned money but they just decide not to change them. if they explained that before would have checked with them. l am very angry and l just want working earphones.
