My name is Kagiso Sebuseng, i am writing to you guys with the hope that you will be able to help me as I have seen you guys helping a lot of people you are my last hope.

My Issue is, i had a clothing account with Total Sports TFG Shop, which was handed over to DMC debt management due to defaults i had on the account, i called TFG in march 2021 asking for a settlement letter, they referred me to DMC which they did help with a letter, and i settled/paid off the account the same day, and request the paid up letter, and i was promised that my credit profile will be update with in the next 30 days, that never happened even today it has been 8 months now, i have called DMC, they referred me to TFG, i was taken from pillar to post, i can't even buy a house for my wife and kids because of this account, i have sent several dispute to compuscan experian, no help i got, you are my last hope please help me with these so that i can move on with my life, i am begging you, i am really desperate. i can't take this anymore.
