Money Refund

I purchased a Nike tracksuit on 02 December 2019 and they deducted the money from my debit card and my application status was "Processing" i even received an order number. When I checked the order status on 06 December 2019, it was "Returned" i couldn't understand why because the had already taken the money when i placed the order. Till today i havent received my money bank into my bank account. Ive been nagging, ive been calling, ive been sending emails and the only thing they could tell me was that their banks are busy after black Friday and Cyber Monday. Ive been waiting and i need my money back so that i can buy this tracksuit somewhere else for my baby bro cause he needs it for Christmas and he's in Eastern Cape and im in Cape Town. Im really disappointed in TFG
