Misrepresenting arrears on Experian credit report
Please can someone at Totalsports explain to me how my Experian Credit report shows that I'm 5 months in arrears as of October15 on my Totalsports account when I requested for my Totalsports account to be close on the 25th March'15 and received confirmation that it would be closed on the 13th of April'15 <br> reference number for closure: ***E1. This is one of the reasons why I closed my account, absolute lack of service.<br> <br> Totalsports rectified this immediately !!
