Miserable service

Total sports Balfour park Mall. Two cashier's both servicing one client whilst everyone else in the store waits. It's been thirty minutes trying to do an exchange, even asked the cashier's why they are both servicing one client for the last thirty minutes, why can't one use the other till to help everyone else and they said they both have to assist this one customer. Miserable service.
