Kudoos to Mary- the manager of Totalsports at pavilion. Bought a training watch which was not functioning well. Instead of giving me the runaround by contacting the brand and asking for assessment and proceed, she solved the problem IMMEDIATELY on the floor. Very satisfied customer. Would recommend.
