Manager and soccer boots

I bought a pair of Puma soccer boots mid july after 3 weeks i took it back because the stitching come loose the guy at the counter acknowledge that it shouldn't be like that n we looked at same pair in store and acknowledge that the stitching basically broke off After waiting for 10 minutes a lady approached me and said he she swap it around because this isn't enough for her i asked her for her manager n she said he said that this isn't enough After she left i asked another person in store to call the manager n his reply was the manager isn't here today and the lady i spoke to is the assistant manager so nw im being **** to Im nt happy with this service and alot more was said between the assistant manager and myself I would like to get a refund because this is nonsense i paided for this not for it to brake in 3 weeks
