lies to boost up sales

I bought a Nike Air Max Dia on the 22.11.2020 at Cradel stone mall, I first went to check at Clearwater Mall but was tol stock is at cradel stone. I drove there to buy the sneaker. I asked the cashier and manager, I f the sneaker will be on sale on black friday and i was advised and assured that Nike sneaker will never be on black Friday sale. to my surprise the same sneaker, colour and all is on Sale. So they **** to me to boost up their sales. I would like this to be review as I was willing to wait till black Friday to pay for this sneaker.. Im very dissapointed and if this is not sorted out, I will have no option but to complain to the Ombuds. This is so unfair and very disappointing to say the least

Unfortunately it is the store & brand policy that until the launch of our Black Friday sales, that the store team are not permitted to disclose our Black Friday deals. We have asked the Area Manager to contact you to confirm this.

ok so can I return the sneaker back for a refund, and purchase the sneaker again. why does the policy only work to cover certain things. If i was able to be told that This sneaker WONT be on sale and I was advised that its only vens and converse sneaker that will be on sale. Wheres the policy there
