<p>Called the Totalsports store at Forrest Hill Mall enquiring about an item. Was told that they have stock in the colour and size requested and it will be reserved for me.</p> <p>Directions to the store were wrong, then having walked all the way around the mall, when I eventually got to the store, I was told "Sorry, we dont have that size or the colour"</p> <p>The manager then tells me that maybe the salesperson didnt understand.....</p>
