LeCoq Sportif sneakers not comfortable, very disappointed with the manager Marsha for failure to address the issue and the delay

March 2023 I purchased LeCoq Sportif tekkies for my brother and he wore them 3 times only as they are uncomfortable and caused injuries at the back between the heal and the ankle I am so disappointed and feel that I need to be refunded as it was really a waste of my money☹️

On Monday 2023-07-31 at about 16:29 went to Twin City Mall Totalsports in Bloemfontein to report the sneakers and met with the store manager Marsha and informed her about the problem of the LeCoq Sportif sneakers and she informed me to bring them to the store with the receipt and the box but I told her i dnd think I still have them but will check as I never intended to bring them back and she called the Area manager to confirm what to do and he said to her I need to bring the box and the receipt. On 2021-08-01 took the shoes to the Manager Marsha with the box and she took the sneakers and the box and promised to check receipt on the system and will call me back the following day. Manager never called and I went back to the store again using my petrol again to get feedback and she said she was busy but promised on 2023-08-03 she will call me and if she can’t get anything she will ask head office to assist her with the procedure…I was never contacted still on 2023-08-03 and could not go again to get my refund as I am wasting my own petrol goin up and down to the manager who can’t even call to tell me how far she is with my refund because I spend my own money on those shoes
