iPhone 11 at TFG (Totalsports)

I purchased an iPhone 11 at the store then few months later it overheated and I took it back to the store it's over a month since totalsports Sandton city took in my phone but they never communicate with me at all and I was told I will get it in 3 weeks. Am so disappointed in TFG
