Incredible Incompetence

I bought a pair of Adidas Ultraboost running shoes for R3000. Theyre too small which is incredible as Ive taken size 9 for 40 years. I asked for the shoes to be collected from my address and my card refunded. A week later and numerous phonecalls and nothing has happened. I have spoken to a woman named Jody who keeps telling me their couriers claim they have collected the shoes - but they have not as I still have them. I have asked repeatedly for this to happen and Jody keeps telling me she'll sort it out and then get back to me. So I wait and Jody neither calls nor emails me. So I phone back and go through exactly the same process again with the same person telling me the same story and that couriers claim they have collected but will sort it out and she'll phone me back....this is like Ground Hog Day. It's a joke and would be funny if it wasn't so extremely frustrating. It has become totally ridiculous. Collect the f shoes and credit my credit card with R3000 immediately.
