*********** Total sports and Courier It company

I have ordered a product from total sports on the 31st of July. I was told that it would be delivered within a week, which to date it has not been. I have been tracking it and have called the courier company numerous times, who informed me that the error was the address that they had was incorrect and he had changed it. Which he clearly hasn't. I've called 4 times since and haven't gotten any help. The courier company is Courier It. It is a complete lack of competence.
