*********** staff and useless service at my cost!

Don't bother trying to call the foschini group customer service contact center. All they do is keep telling you that the operations manager will contact you and yet nothing happens. whats the purpose of the customer service team is they can't service the customer but only refer matters and nothing gets done about it! The staff is entirely *********** and their services is limited, they have no answers and all they tell you is they don't know and cant answer that!!!
