Incompetence

At least a dozen phone calls later and the Adidas shoes I’m returning have STILL not been collected. I have been promised returned calls and emails but hear nothing and every time I call I have to go through the whole explanation all over again. The level of incompetence is amazing. Would someone somewhere in the Fischini group advise what I need to do get the couriers to collect these shoes from address and get my card refunded
