I’ll treatment

On Friday the 22 May 2020, I was about to walk in at Totalsports-Savannah Mall and there was a lady standing on the door to sanitize all customers like any other store. I politely showed her my own sanitizer and explain that I will be using mine. She rudely dismissed me and told me that I’m not allowed to enter the premises if I sanitize with my own sanitizer, I indicated to her that I’m using my own sanitizer due to medical reason, she laughed and said what are you allergic to “the alcohol”. I have been to a number of retails and I have never experienced the disrespect I experienced at your Savanna Mall store. I find it very disturbing that I had to be questioned about my medical condition and be made a laughing stock in public. The most important thing is not to spread the virus by sanitizing regularly which I have no problem doing. About an hour before I went to Savanna Mall I was at Mall of the North-Totalsport and I never experienced this embracing treatment. I am a regular customer and obviously reconsidering doing business with your store in the near future as I was not allowed entry to your store.
