Sons entire kit bag ****** so we run into Totalsports Northgate as he had a soccer match tonight. Not a single staff member offered to help us. Employee behind the till too busy speaking to someone and the employee who is supposed to be assisting is playing on her tablet. In fact we weren't even greeted nor acknowledged. We went elsewhere and spent R2188. Didnt get everything we needed but there is no way we going back to Totalsports Northgate, ever.
