I am impressed with Lerato

Went to this store on Tuesday to buy a pair of tights, I was assisted by Lerato. She assisted me with a smile from the onset and she has a good knowledge of the products in store, was so impressed by her patience as well. it was almost closing time and she was patient with me. I wish her team members can learn a thing or two from you, Even when they kept on calling you to come and assist them while they could see we were busy you remained calm.
