My huawei gt2e watch over heated and the inside screen stopped working the watch is not even 2 months old,took it to the watch to the store where I purchased it, which was totalsports gateway on the 1st February 2021. They refused to give me a refund saying that they have to send it to huawei first, so I agreed to send it, still haven't heard back from them on the progress of it almost 1 and a half months later. I would not recommend anyone purchase electronic stuff from totalsports.

15 Mar 2021, 09:53Good morning Mireshan, we're sorry to hear that firstly, you had an issue with your Huawei product, but you have had no feedback from the team regarding the status of the item. It is standard group policy to send the items through to the suppliers for repairs should there be an issue with it. These evaluations & repairs are not done at Totalsports, and the sending, repairing & receiving back of the item can take a few weeks.
We have asked our Area Manager to look into the repairs & contact you with feedback.
