Horrifying Service

Trust all is well but I am entirely not happy with your TotalSport Acornhoek Mall.

Today 12 December 2024 around or between 9:30am and 10am I went to your store get myself a cap as the area temperature was scorching hot.

On my arrival, store manager was sitting on top of the table doing admin, that’s more like office work.

Proceeded into the store, honestly speaking the store was very dirty empty boxes laying around but minded my own business “buying a cap”.

Found an Under Armour “black cap” only one left on the floor marked at R429.99. Then asked the guys whom I found at the day doing admin I assume he is the manager because he went to do CIT with Fidelity while was deciding.

On his return from the back area I asked him they do not have different colours on that specific Under Armour cap, he went to check at the stockroom and returned with a Navy and Red cap.

I immediately liked the navy one and it was a deal for me. Furthermore, I liked the fact it was R399.99 saving R30 bucks.

Then got the till, it scanned R429.99 - I then asked the gentleman who was the only cashier at the moment why is it R429.99. He rep****: “It has changed Baba, what do you want me to do?” I thought I didn’t get that properly, he repeated the statement I started to fume but kept my composure at that moment.

I then requested the store manager, the guy did CIT fidelity, doing admin at the door sitting on the table and same guy who fetched a cap for me came. On his arrival he told that the cap was not on the floor, he fetched from the stockroom so I must buy it with R429.99.

The gentleman had bad attitude must say, I was really treated badly in that store. Because I needed the cap, I paid R429.99 left without taking but on my way out the 2 female staff members where making funny like “we can’t be ****ed off by this customers so early in the morning” one of them Nhlanhla clicked her tongue on me to show how ****ed she is with me. Which I doubt that Nhlanhla was her really name because name tags were not worn. Had to ask for her name.
