Horrible Treatment from Ra****i Tsai - TotalSports Acornhoek Mall

I went to Acornhoek Mall on the 21st of October to purchase dresses and Tshirts. I went to Total Sports store. When I got there I loved two Puma dresses, one short sleeve and one long sleeve. I took them from the clothing rail and asked the lady at the till if I can go to the fitting room, she said yes. I went in, fitted, then asked my friend and one of the employees how I look in them. They all said I look good in them. Before paying for them I went to the Tshirts area and took Addidas one. After taking the t-shirt from the clothing rail , I decided to go fit it. On my way to the fitting room, I heard a man's voice saying "hey don't you see that you dropped a t-shirt on the floor?" I was like no, if I had seen it, I could've picked it up and put it back where I found it. I told him to ask my friend how I am, if something is on the floor in the shops even if I didn't drop it, I pick up. I went in the fitting room to fit the t-shirt but his words and rudeness to me lowered my mood. I really wanted the dresses and the t-shirt and ready to pay for them. When I got out of the fitting room I told my friend that I'm no longer going to pay for them, we should leave, I'm not okay with the way the guy spoke to me and accused me of dropping clothes intentionally on the floor and the tone of anger he used.

When I was leaving, I told the guy that I'm no longer buying because of his treatment. He then attacked me with words saying as a human being I must have Ubuntu and not just drop clothes, I told him again that I didn't see the clothes dropping. He started shouting, and another employee was laughing at me. I asked to see the manager of the store, they both said that the store does not have a manager. The guy changed and said he's the manager and they both laughed again. He had a name tag, his name is Ra****i. He even gave me his surname "Tsai" and said I can do whatever I want still laughing at me like an idiot. I asked him if the reason for him to treat me horribly is because he's the manager of the store, he laughed again. Looking at me like some dirt, from bottom to top, zooming at my car keys. I told him if I had my phone on me I was going to call TFG head office. He said " Ask your friend to borrow you a phone now so you can call my head office, i don't give a damn"

"I'm not going to apologize to you, who are you?" I told him that his customer service ya beda he needs to sort it out. I left, he even escorted me out while telling me to go and report him, nothing is going to happen to him. He kept on talking while he was outside the shop by the front door of the shop and there were people sitting on the benches looking at him. I had to go to Sportscene to buy the stuff I wanted and I was treated with respect and dignity there.

I don't know if this is how TFG treat people.
