HORRIBLE SERVICE I RECEIVED TO TOTAL SPORTS MAPONYA MALL

I am so disappointed that when I get to total sports maponya mall the horrible service that they give me as their customer they think when we get there we trying to bother them not there to buy am even not sure that do they know the reason why they even working if they feel like their job sucks.... I was at their store today I was exchanging a pair of shoes as I was referred by total sports in Fourways that I can exchange, they told me that they can not help I call to fourways mall with my airtime they tried to call them they did not pick up their store phone even their cell phones the manager from fourways call me to give them the phone yes she did spoke to kotloano the assistant manager not sure what they said I saw her throw my phone to me and keeped quite she did not say anything to me or try to tell me what is the solution I waited and waited till I see that the is no help I will get there I tried to call again to total sports fourways asking that what should I do now they said they trying to call them only to find out that they switched the store phone off I also spoke to a guy called hloni who was so cold to me as if am just a no body or someone who is mentally ill am so much not happy but on top of that I bought another pair again but for that I dnt think I will go back again.
