Horrible service from totalsports

I bought t-shirt and sneakers on the 15th of November from totalsports online and I never received a t-shirt. I send an email to the customer a care service and they responded to my email. And I went to mall of Tembisa to laid a complaint and the manager said there's nothing he can do since it was online purchase. He also phoned the customer service and the person he was speaking with told him to take my number they call me back was they know what happened to my t-shirt. I'm still waiting for them until now
