Horrible service by Totalsports staff at Mall of Africa

I experienced the worst from of customer service at Totalsports -Mall of Africa yesterday afternoon.

I arrived the at the shop at around 7pm and none of the floor staff were interested in helping me, instead they were lounging the couches and I had to my own floor assistance. They completely ignored me and carried on with their won personal conversations. I struggled to reach some of the items that were hung up but the staff could not be bothered. When it was time for me to pay the two cashiers that were at the till also carried on having their personal conversations and at some stage debated about who should help me. I had to stand there for a few minutes before sanity prevailed on one cashier and I was finally assisted.

This is really disappointing behavior from your staff, they should just close the shop if they do not feel like working. The working hours are pretty clear, it should not be hard for them to give us proper service until the end of their shift.
