Horrible service at totalsports ( mall of Tembisa)

I bought sneakers online at totalsports and I got wrong delivery after 6 days. The package outside was written my name and the item inside was someone else and even the name, address and the order number was not mine. I went to mall of Tembisa to return them and the services was so horrible I waited 2 hrs to get help. Mpho and Charity were so bad, every time customers come in they focus on them leave me waiting aside. After 2hr they told me to go home and call their customer care number because they it was online purchase.
