Horrible service at Northgate Totalsports

Good day,

I would like to formally report the poor service I experienced today at Totalsports Northgate.

I visited the store to enquire about the R90 sneakers for my son. When I arrived, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I noticed about ten pairs of sneakers put aside, and when I politely asked whether any were available or if they could check the system, the staff responded in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, as though I was asking a silly question.

I even asked one of the staff members if everything was okay because of the attitude I was receiving. Instead of assisting, they simply said “the sneakers are not on the system” without making any effort to check properly or help me further.

I felt judged based on what I was wearing, and the treatment I received was unprofessional and completely unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect respectful and helpful service, not ************** or attitude.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and addressed with the staff on duty. I would also appreciate feedback on the outcome.
