Horrible Customer Service

On the 04-11-2020 I visited the Hatfield store (Total Sport). When I got there I realised that their items on were sale. I decided to buy a pair of Nike sneakers which was advertised @R469. When I got to the till the guy who is supposedly the Manager, said the sneakers are now at R799 so I must pay R799. I refused a they were advertised R469 and there wasn't only 1 pair but like 5 pairs. They were all marked R469. I told the manager that as per CPA, customer is legible to pay what they see. He took the box and said well you won't get these sneaker. I must say the service is terrible and horrific.
