Horrible customer service

I wrote a review last week Monday complaining about the service a i got from totalsportsand and my problem is still haven't been resolved. The totalsports consultant said I must sent an email to the customer service which I did the same Monday and haven't done anything up to so far not even a response.

That's what they said last week, I have sent an email to *** I provided them with my oder number and everything they needed from me but still there is no response yet
