Horrible Customer Service!!!

I work 5km's away from the Bridge city shopping centre, so I frequently make my shopping at that mall. I started visiting Total sport because there and from day 1 the services was not satisfying, I did however put a lay bye for my shoes and a separate lay bye for kids shoes. At first, when I went to payup the kids shoes, they instead brought a pair of my shoes, so the system rejected the payment, took them long enough to realize it was a wrong pair of shoes...I let it slide, they the size was big, so I requested for the size from another branch where I assured it was gonna be maximum of two weeks.....to cut the story short, It's been a month now, the shoes are not with Me, they promise to communicate, but I think they forget about Me as soon as I walk out the store. One blames another for not following up on the order, it's a mes!!! I'm boiling inside as I'm writing this review, the store supervisor once assumed I'm not making a payment, so he would rather speak to the person that is making a payment....He told Me from "I'm dramatic, have been even the past day when I was there" and to be honest, the day that he was referring to, is a day when I walked in and paid for laybye then left. Alot has happened, and I've held back in writing any review, but yesterday was the last straw, when I went there and still didn't get the shoes. Unacceptable! Unprofessional! Horrible customer service. I regret the day I set my foot in that store.
