Horrible attitude ruined the worldcup for us!!!!!!

you have really ruined the worldcup for us because of your spitefulness!!! I bought a large & x-large springbok shirt online as i was not sure which one would fit best. we collected the parcel from totalsports mall of the south and my husband fitted the shirts at the same time. we requested to keep the large and the x-large must be returned. this lady had a bad attitude from the start - i actually asked her to write her name on my till slip.... Lerato if memory serves - I should have the slip in my wallet. She purposly changed the wrong one. We didnt check, and only realised on Saturday (on the day of the FINAL) that the shirt looks like a dress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT IS THE WRONG SIZE!!! this is after we ********** the tags and everything!!!!!!!!!!! I need this shirt exchanged ASAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
