Horrible and bad customer experience

On the 18th of November I called the store in Parow Centre asked them to keep 2 FILA sneakers that will be collected at 1pm by my sister. Which she did on her lunch but when she arrived at the store the lady that assisted her told her they sold the other pair I then called them back asking why did they sell the sneaker they told me stories then the lady told me they have the same sneaker at promenade mall I need to pay R50 for the sneaker to come to their store which I paid the following day. They said they would call me I gave them my contact details till today they haven’t called. I have been calling them they are not picking up the phone. They don’t have customers service they are horrible I must say
