On Wednesday, August 27th we visited Totalsports in Mossel Bay Mall heiderand. We were getting new trainers and some other stuff and while we were looking for the right size shoe for my Mother the woman shouted at us from across the store to the back where we were “HOW FAR ARE YOU?!” It was almost closing time and they very clearly, were eagerly waiting to get out of the shop. 1. We work full-time, if we had the luxury of going earlier, we would have. 2. I went over to pay and told her that it’s unprofessional to yell at people like that to which she responded that she needs to get a taxi.

The previous week we went to Totalsports in Langeberg Mall mossel bay looking for headphones. When I asked the lady to please open the case so that I can look at them and make sure they’re the correct ones she responded with, “to just look at or to buy”

Until totalsports properly trains their staff about customer etiquette- you’ll never see me again.
