Help was requested. No help arrived.

<p>I have been an account holder with TFG for years now and I have not missed payment or been in arrears with the group. Awhile back I was offered the MAN magazine which came with road side assistance. Every month without fail tgf will charge my account with the fee and I will pay. However the day that I needed assistance I was told that I am not registered with the roadside assistance. After hours on the phone explain irrelevant details and telling them my phone was about to die. I had to call another towing company and pay them..What have I been paying for month after month. All attempts to get someone onbthe phone to sort this issue has failed. Absolutely pathetic.. What if something had happened to me while I was in the middle of nowhere. Terrible service. I would gladly tell everyone not to join TGF.</p>
