Absolutely disgusted by totalsports. On 14th June 2022 there was an incident in the store whereby a iron railing had fell on my mum in laws head and back whilst she was sitting on a bench trying on a shoe. The railing had fell due to the stores negligence as it was not stable and had a broken wheel and was placed in a spot where customers had to walk through. Nevertheless mistakes happen BUT we had taken my mum in law to the doctor and to have a skully xray done as she was In lots of pain. I had called and emailed several managers our receipts for the doctors bills and have been pushed from pillar to post since then. Today is the 2nd of August and I have not heard back from them. Furthermore, the so called managers handling the matter are absolutely rude and made it seem as if it was our fault. I will be visitng the centre managers, extract the cctv footage and handle the matter with our lawyers.
