Firstly am very angry I've had my Total Sport account for years never have I had problems with it, made sure I made payments every single month and when I app**** it was clear its a student account never have I told them am working or provided any payslip, I app**** as a student as am still one now though different institutions

My problem now is this year had some financial difficulties and I always made sure I payed my account still but some months back I skipped one month and didn't pay making my account one month behind and when I did pay I payed for 2 months combined but was suprized to learn my account has been blocked because of my unemployment status, now my question is when did I ever say am employed cause my account is a student account I've never worked before besides partime jobs and my account was always up to date so why am I being treated this way after so much loyalty??

And no one seems to know the reason behind the unemployment blockage when I've clearly stated am a student and I've been calling you guys but ur agents are clueless , I can't be wasting my money to call and be told sorry mam we don't know.

I want my account to be re- opened , this is no way to treat you customers after so much loyalty and what I know regardless of me not paying you I've always found ways to pay back I've been nothing but loyal and loved my account so much.

I want my account back , I want to be able to use it
