Half of Totalsports unavailable at 5pm, busy mopping the floors

I visited the store at 5pm on Tuesday 28 October. Staff were busy mopping the floors. I was unable to shop at a whole section of the shop, and had to take an alternative "route" to reach the tills to pay. I asked the cashier named Temaswati if this is the regular time for mopping the floors, as it is a peak time for shoppers when they come from work. She just said: "yes, we wash now, because when we close at 6pm the doors are closed and we leave. There is enough floorspace that is still open." I said that it might be a better option to wash when the shop is not so busy, but she just laughed it off and joked with a colleague afterwards about my complaint when we were leaving. This was not a pleasant shopping experience.
