Dear head office I went to one of your stores at the Pavilion shopping mall( westville) to purchase a cellphone. you assistants on the floor were not kind or helpfull at all! I actually found her to be a little rude - GUGU is her name. you need to train your people on the floor on how to manage customers, yesterday I chose to come spend my hard earned money at your store only to be mistreated . you need to do better please.
