Great service from Totalsports - Mall of Africa Branch

I was looking for a particular pair of running shoes and phoned Totalsports Mall of Africa. I think it was Craig who helped me and said they did not have but he would look at other branches. To my pleasant surprise, 10 minutes later, he called back to say he had the brand and model and had them delivered to the Mall of Africa branch and would call me when they arrived. True to his word on Saturday 4th July I received a call to say the shoes were there. I could only go the next day, Sunday when he was off but he told me who to ask for. So the next day I went to Totalsports and was helped by Freedom who knew exactly which shoes I was looking for and they were ready for my to try on. Freedom made my shopping experience easy and painless. He also asked me whether I used the Discovery Vitality app because if I did I qualified for some discount. He then showed me how to claim the discount. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience and compliments to the staff of Totalsports Mall of Africa and especially Freedom for going the extra mile and his colleague (whose name I think is Craig).
